Mount Sinai College provides a unique, soul-stirring education rooted in strong Jewish values. We convert our Jewish Studies and Hebrew curriculum for 21st-century learners, making Jewish learning meaningful and basic. This College, established in 1989, filled a longstanding gap in Queensland’s Jewish community for a day school. Initially faced with funding challenges, the school began with modest enrolments but often grew. Located at Burbank’s Jewish Communal Centre, it use live space and fill out over the years to house more students. The school’s educational offerings grow, including cultural programs and achievements such as winning the Premier’s Reading Challenge.
This College, located in Burbank, Southern Brisbane, boasts modern, purpose built space. These include class room blocks, a newly restored swimming pool, tennis courts, and play grounds set in a bush-land environment along side the Jewish Communal Centre.
